The race will premier on Thursday, December 14 at 12:00pm ET and will be re-aired on Friday, December 15th at 3:00am ET.
Amy Ruman secured a starting position of 5th for the McNichols/SafetyToday/Cenweld Corvette in the 22 car GT-1 field. In the October 15th race, a first lap incident took Ruman out of the top five and dropped her to dead last. Ruman then raced her way through the packed field to finish 7th. Ruman and her sponsors, McNichols Co., Safety Today, Cenweld Corp. and Goodyear were very happy with her fourth consecutive top-10 finish at the Runoffs. Ruman also took home 1st in the 2006 Northeast Division GT-1 points race to win the Northeast Championship.
