Munroe Falls, OH -Amy Ruman maintains third place on the grid for Saturday’s GT-1 shootout at the SCCA National Championship Runoffs. Ruman was fourth quickest in the last qualifier late Thursday afternoon, but the top three positions stayed the same since Tuesday mornings first qualifying session.
“I am extremely happy with were I qualified. I will be on the inside of the second row for that first turn of the race. The car has been fast all week so I think we should have a great car for the race. I am going to try my best to put the McNichols/Cenweld/SafetyToday machine on the podium this year,” stated Ruman.
There is a morning warm-up at 9:20 and the race is set for 5:10pm tomorrow.
