April 28, 2004 – Munroe Falls, OH – Ruman Racing will be heading to New Hampshire International Speedway this weekend to compete in the GT-1 national. The team had to patch up the #23 McNichols/Cenweld Chevrolet Corvette from Bob Ruman’s unfortunate turn one lap one incident in the Trans-Am Series season opener at Long Beach Grand Prix April 18.
“I am proud of my crew for busting out the repairs to the body work to get us to this race. I really wanted to race the NHIS national this year to try and get some more points in my division. I have only raced there once a few years ago in Spec Racer, so I will have some quick learning to do,” stated Ruman.
This will be Ruman’s fourth National for the 2004 season. She is currently leading the GT-1 Northeast Division in points
